1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website and submitting a franchise application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or submit an application.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a Volmo Courier franchise, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Have a minimum educational qualification of 12th grade
  • Possess basic computer knowledge and communication skills
  • Have the financial capacity for the required investment
  • Have a valid government-issued identification
  • Not have been convicted of any criminal offense
  • Agree to comply with all operational standards

3. Application Process

3.1. Submission

All applications must be submitted through our official website with accurate and complete information. False or misleading information may result in immediate rejection.

3.2. Review Process

Applications are reviewed based on eligibility, location availability, investment capacity, and business potential. The review process typically takes 5-7 business days.

3.3. Approval

Approved applicants will receive an official approval letter and must complete the onboarding process within 30 days of approval.

4. Financial Obligations

4.1. Franchise Fee

A one-time franchise fee of ₹50,000 is payable upon approval. This fee is non-refundable except as specified in these Terms.

4.2. Investment Requirements

Franchise partners must invest in:

  • Office setup and infrastructure
  • Equipment and vehicles
  • Working capital (minimum ₹50,000)
  • Marketing and promotional materials

4.3. Revenue Sharing

Franchise partners retain 85% of revenue generated, with 15% going to Volmo Courier for brand support, technology, and ongoing services.

5. Franchisee Obligations

5.1. Operational Standards

Franchise partners must:

  • Maintain quality service standards
  • Follow operational guidelines and procedures
  • Use official Volmo Courier branding and materials
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain proper records and documentation

5.2. Training Requirements

All franchise partners must complete the mandatory 30-day training program and participate in ongoing training sessions.

5.3. Reporting

Franchise partners must submit regular operational and financial reports as specified by Volmo Courier management.

6. Territory Rights

Franchise partners are granted exclusive rights to operate within their designated territory. Territory assignments are based on population density, market potential, and geographic considerations.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, business methods, and proprietary systems remain the property of Volmo Courier. Franchise partners are granted a limited license to use these assets during the term of their agreement.

8. Term and Termination

8.1. Agreement Term

The initial franchise agreement term is 5 years, with options for renewal subject to performance review.

8.2. Termination

Volmo Courier may terminate the agreement for:

  • Breach of terms and conditions
  • Failure to maintain operational standards
  • Non-payment of fees or revenue share
  • Bankruptcy or insolvency
  • Criminal conviction involving moral turpitude

8.3. Post-Termination

Upon termination, franchise partners must cease using Volmo Courier branding and return all proprietary materials within 30 days.

9. Confidentiality

Franchise partners must maintain confidentiality of all business information, trade secrets, and proprietary systems. This obligation survives the termination of the franchise agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

All disputes arising from these Terms or the franchise agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Delhi, India, in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

11. Limitation of Liability

Volmo Courier's liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the franchise fee paid by the franchise partner. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, or strikes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and the franchise agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Modifications

Volmo Courier reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
